Mr. Turner is a graduate of GASC a technical school in Michigan, where he studied electronics. Turner spent the first 10 years of his career in manufacturing and quality engineering with Xycom, a manufacturer of industrial computers in Ann Arbor Michigan. Turner held several positions at Xycom from Manufacturing Manager to Manager of Test and Quality Assurance. Xycom designed and manufactured industrial control computers. Mr Turner, as a young engineer worked with the development team to manufacture and deploy these computers in some very interesting projects, from industrial applications (diamond manufacturing, tire manufacturing, process controls), product applications (the first computerized gas pumps, pinball machines) and scientific applications including building computers used on the space shuttle for scientific research.

In 1981 Mr. Turner moved to San Diego to work for telephone manufacturer Executone Industries in their San Diego manufacturing facility. At Executone Turner managed the Manufacturing Technology Department with responsibilities for all production automation, testing and quality control.

In 1983 upon learning that Executone was moving their manufacturing facility to Atlanta, Turner left to start his own company. Turner and his partner Alan Adamson formed a 14-year sales/manufacturing partnership with G-Tek Electronics, a consumer products manufacturing company with factories in Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Mr. Turner’s company designed, sold and built telecommunications products for major consumer brands. Mr. Turner's company pioneered several new technologies, a fuel for building the Asia sales program, including multiline phones and Caller ID. As one of the f first developers of caller ID products, a key element in the success of the growth of G-Tek, they built over two million caller ID devices in the first two years, using the technology and products to attract major customers including BellSouth, AT&T, Radio Shack, Uniden, Southwestern Bell and others. Turner has traveled extensively in Asia working with suppliers, technology partners and factories in Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.

In 2000, Turner's company was acquired by San Jose based Teledex the leading manufacturer of hotel guest room phones in the world. Turners company was one of the prime manufacturers for Teledex having built over one million hotel guest room phones for them at the Malaysia factory. Teledex was exploring expanding their business to include consumer products and as part of the sale, Turner was appointed Vice President of the newly formed Teledex Consumer Products Division.

In 2002 Teledex was acquired by the Jordan Companies along with Consumer Electronics company TT Systems. The Teledex consumer division was merged with TT Systems and Mr. Turner was appointed Vice President of Consumer Products for TT Systems responsible for all development, Asia operations, manufacturing, marketing, customer support and call center. TT Systems was successful in licensing the IBM, Bell Equipment and Phonemate brands and marketed products under these brands. Turners team worked on marketing programs selling products to accounts including Sam's Club, WalMart, Sears, Circuit City, Best Buy, Target, Staples, Office Depot and other retailers. In Early 2003 Teledex terminated their partnership with TT Systems, a deal that included Mr. Turner buying the assets of the San Diego operation and his release to pursue other business interests.

Mrs. Turner is also a graduate of GASC graduating from the accounting and business program. Mrs. Turner began her career in 1973 with Sears Roebuck & Co.

Mrs. Turner worked in various front office positions, merchandise/inventory control, data processing and in the collection department as a counselor and skip trace specialist. In 1977 she was promoted to office manager for the Sears Briarwood Ann Arbor Store. In 1979 Mrs. Turner was promoted to Division Manager of Electrical and Housewares where she was responsible for merchandising, hiring, training and personnel administration.

In 1981 Patty and John moved to California where she worked in senior management for Hurley Electronics and a satellite equipment distributor Durite Supply. Mrs. Turner worked with these companies to establish systems for accounting, forecasting, material control, computer, Human Resources and P&L tracking and reporting, eventually playing a key roll in the acquisition of Durite Supply by Norsat/Diamond Pacific.

In 1995, after the Diamond Pacific acquisition of Durite, Mrs. Turner worked as a self-employed real estate agent, accountant and business consultant to various companies including Ammocom, a satellite equipment distributor, G-Tek Electronics, and Interedge Electronics, allowing Mrs Turner more time to raise her and John's two children and help John part time with his companies.

In 2003 Patty joined John full time and JPCG Management www.jpcgm.com was established to develop new business opportunities and manage the Turner's investments.
